Returns

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for return (unless damaged).
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size issues only.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (if applicable).
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no extra cost.
Refunds

How long does delivery take time?

While our commitment is to dispatch orders within the specified timeline, it's important to note that the delivery period by the courier company is typically 4-7 days.
Please be aware that any delays on the courier's part are beyond the responsibility of our brand.
